Legacy at 19th Street is an 80-unit mixed-use apartment complex. The first floor consists of reception, back of house & amenities, the building is 7-stories and measures 83 feet in height to the roof slab.

Multifamily Rental Complex
215 unit boutique style
11 stories in height and includes studios and 1–2-bedroom units, with ground level retail spaces and 30,000 square-feet of office spaces. The project was designed by Behar Font & Partners and is to commence in March 2023

JEWISH LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
School
New school multi-story prototype consisting of 6 buildings with over 250,000 SF on a 20-acre site.
The facility includes the following spaces: Classrooms, science labs, art, band, dance, vocational labs, media center, administration, guidance, dining room, kitchen, auditorium, and athletic facilities.
The project includes an extensive on-site earthwork and utility scope due to the large acreage of the property

OPUS CARE
Offices
Six-story, class-A office building.
The project consisted of drilled pier foundations and had a post-tension, 9-inch slab design. We panelized the deck forming system, which led to accelerated productivity.

MOXY HOTEL
120-Room Hotel
The Moxy Wynwood is the first branded and most central hotel being developed in Wynwood, Miami. Wynwood is one of the fastest growing and most vibrant central neighborhoods of Miami.
The project includes a 120-room Moxy Hotel to be managed by Baywood Hotels and 28,000 SF 8 Stories
